Breaking the Bank (Remake only)

Pentafail - Get all BtB fails.

Just do that.

Bank Account - Find all BtB bios.

Right click on every character you see in the background to get their bios. Some only appear during fails.

The Story Begins - Complete BtB.

Choose the Disguise option and watch the resulting cutscene.

*chirp chirp* - Can't have that going all day.

After choosing Shovel, once the explosion happens, there'll be three cars outside the bank. The middle black one will be flashing. Click on it.

Escaping the Prison

On the "Badass Ending" route, when running towards the wall, click the down arrow.
Legal Ending - Break out the legal way. (called Rank: LU in the remake)
Choose Cellphone, Disguising Bag, Present.
Badass Ending - Break out the badass way. (called Rank: BBO in the remake)
Choose Drill, Crowbar, down arrow, left arrow (towards the wall), then click when it says "Click!"
Sneaky Ending - Break out the Sneaky Way (called Rank: SE in the remake)
Choose File, Cell Door, click on the left side and then the right side quickly when prompted, Chair, right arrow, Plungers.
DONUT WANT! - ...or do you? (called Donut Want in the remake)
Click on all the donuts in the game. They appear after selecting the following options: NrG Drink, Chair > left arrow (three), Drill, Opacitator.
Lots of Effort - Find all 18 FAILs.
Just pick every option that doesn't result in progress (each option other than Disguising Bag in the Legal Ending route leads to the same fail). Remember that running out of time also counts as a fail.
BRAAAGGGHH!! - M I Kool yet??
Press the sun in the sneaky ending.

Stealing the Diamond

Aggressive - Win the aggressive way (called Rank: IoaS in the remake)
Pick the following options: Bust In, Ram, Shield, Tow Cable, Rock, Bubble, Diamond.
Undetected - Win the undetected way (called Rank: UB in the remake)
Pick the following options: Sneak In, Teleporter, Penny, Wire, Hammer, Plank, Diamond.
EPIC - Win the epic way (called Rank: JPE in the remake)
Pick the following options: Sneak In, Pick, Plane, Left, Super Mushroom (Mushroom in the remake), bottom left button
Fail Champion - Watch all 40 unique fails
Simply pick every option that doesn't result in progress at least once. Remember that running out of time in a timed scene also counts as a fail.
Failtastic - Fail 55 times total
After getting the above medal, fail another 15 times.
Like a D6 - Lose 6 points
In the Undetected route, choose Jumble Hoppers three times.
BUNP - I TOLD you dog!
In the Undetected route, choose Snap Neck.

Click on every painting that shows up in the background. They appear after choosing the following options: Ram (three of them - two go by incredibly fast during the next choice, so you need to be quick), Tow Cable, Hammer, Pick, Left (in the EPIC route) and during the EPIC ending (on the floor - be quick to get it before a piece of ceiling falls on it).

Choose Grapple Gun, Wait, Vent, Leap, Paperizor, Shrink 'n Grow, Power Armor, Prototype
Rank RPE - You won!
Choose Cannon Ball, Chair, Eject, Beans, Rocket Jump, either Dirk > Tools or Yo Yo > Goods, Glider, Dummies.
Rank RBH - You won!

Master of Fails - Get all 60 unique fails
As it says. Just pick every option that doesn't result in progress, and remember that running out of time in timed segments also counts as a unique fail. Also, don't forget there are several options to choose during the Dirk and Yo Yo scenes.
Failpocalypse - Fail a total of 100 times
After getting the above achievement, just fail 40 more times. I recommend replaying the Acid choice on the Earpiece route over and over again.
Biggoron's Sword - Legend has it the Toppats have this sword
On the Grapple Gun route, after choosing Wait, click the key in front of the computer to pick it up. Continue on that route and after choosing Paperizor, pick up the flashdrive to the right in the background. Continue with the route and after choosing Power Armor, click the flashdrive and you'll get a code. Make a note of it. Play the Earpiece route now and after choosing Vaccuum, click on the keypad in the background and enter the code. Finally, play the Cannon Ball route and you'll automatically get this after some progress.
Kredit 2 Team - Credit where credit is due
Watch the credits to the end on any ending.
Music Enthusiast - Listen to a song used in the game
During the credits for any ending, click on one of the song names when the music credits come up.
Bound to the Earth - Oh my goodNess!

From the beginning, pick the following options: Wait for Transfer, Laser Plane, Government, Flash, Mini Helicopter, left arrow.

Just pick all the options that don't result in progress. For the timed segments, remember that running out of time counts as a fail. You can check the map to see how many unique fails you have per section.
101 Failmations - Get a total of 101 fails.
After getting the above achievement, just fail another 41 times. The quickest way to do this is to replay the Car Chase scene and just not click anything, as the time limit and fail animation are both very short for that scene.
Rise and Shine - Wake up and smell the snow.
During five scenes, you will spot a man with a briefcase (actually a G-Man from Half-Life). Click on him (you'll hear a sound effect and see a symbol pop up) in each of these scenes. He appears after using the following options: Leaf (in the Ghost Inmate route), Toss (in the Convict Allies route), Karlov (in the Presumed Dead route), Earthbend (in the International Rescue Operative route) and Toppat Clan (in the The Betrayed route).
bruUGHNO - You knew he'd be in this game somewhere.
In the Presumed Dead route, after selecting Item in the Transfer Cells Blockade scene, quickly click on the Item box. At the very end of the same route, click the moon. Finally, during the Ghost Inmate route, select the Shadozer in the Docks scene and click the moon to get this medal.
Nailed It - Stuck the landings.
During the Ghost Inmate route, after using the Power Jump, Helium and Leaf options, click the ground where Henry lands to make him stick the landing. The best strategy is to hover the mouse around where the ground will be and rapidly click (you need to specifically click the area where Henry lands).
Waldo - Where is he?
During the Convict Allies route, in the The Yard (Escape Route) scene, Waldo will be hiding behind a rock near the motorbike. Click on him.
xXn00bslayerXx - *Obnoxious Airhorn Sound*
During the Convict Allies route, in the Hallway Standoff scene, choose Sniper Rifle and Crossbow, then click ">Let's see that in an instant replay<".
aeiou - aeiou
During the Ghost Inmate route, in the Bowels of the Complex scene, choose Plunger Boots, then click "aeiou" on the fail screen seven times.
Spooked - That was over 100 haunted.
During the Presumed Dead route, in the The Yard (Tactical) scene, click the building on the far left. Once you fail, wait a few seconds and you'll get the medal.
Easy Medal - Well, you gotta work for it a bit.
During the The Betrayed route, in the Airship scene, choose the Slingshot. Click where it says "HERE", then keep clicking the buttons on the dialogue boxes that pop up. When it says "Don't press this button", wait a few seconds and click the one under "Press this one!", then just keep clicking the dialogue box buttons until you get the medal.
